Production Time

Every print is made to order. We process and ship within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

You will receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number where available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Packaging

Print-only orders are carefully rolled, wrapped in tissue paper, and shipped inside a rigid cardboard tube with end caps.

Framed ordersare wrapped in tissue, protected by foam corner pieces, and placed in a double-walled box sized for the frame. We've designed our packaging to ensure your print arrives perfect — but if it doesn't, see our returns policy below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@pictoor.com with your order reference and a photo of the issue.

We will reprint and reship at no charge. We ask for a photo only so we can improve our packaging — we don't use it as a reason to refuse.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each print is made to order and personalised to your specific dates, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect dates entered at checkout. Please review your dates carefully in the live preview before placing your order.

If you need to cancel or amend your order, contact us at hello@pictoor.com as soon as possible. We can make changes if production has not yet started.
